We use the highest level of technology and utilize EHR (Electronic Health Records) so computer skills are a must.
Front/Back desk- Patient Care Associate:
Greeting and directing patients Answering phones Scheduling appointments Checking patients in/out Scanning patient records Entering all demographic and insurance information accurately and quickly Collecting payments Maintaining supplies and office appearance Requirements:
Polished, professional image Outgoing attitude with a good sense of humor Outstanding interpersonal skills MUST be willing to travel to any of our locations High attention to detail and follow-through, ability to multi-task Computer literacy including strong typing/data entry skills High School diploma, or GED Some previous medical office experience is preferred NEW This position does have an monetary incentive program NEW Some medical reimbursement assistance is available for full time employees We are kindly asking applicants to refrain from calling the office to check on the status of their resume.
