The Position:
The Office Manager will facilitate the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
This job might be for you if:
You have experience answering and transferring phone calls, as well as responding to and resolving administrative inquiries and questions.
You have a welcoming personality and are able to direct visitors and clients.
You are capable of maintaining filing systems.
You have experience managing Outlook calendars, creating meeting invites, retrieving information as requested and preparing written summaries when needed.
You are creative! And willing to assist with ongoing projects and special requests.
The idea of helping to plan events, conferences, outings and monthly birthday celebrations excites you.
You can some marketing exposure and can executive small-scale marketing initiatives, communications for AHG corporate office and company-wide.
You have maintained inventory and are comfortable managing office supplies, purchasing and organizing.
You have experience managing the maintenance of office equipment and can handle being the liaison for vendors working with AHG.
You can provide support for helping the office with sending out shipments through UPS, Fed Ex, and certified mail.
You are willing to assist with shipments to the AHG lab on Monday as needed.
You are able to act as backup for Sr.
Executive Assistant when necessary.
You must have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing.
Ability to work independently.
Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
Knowledge in web-based programs, such as Canva, lucid chart, and Visio extremely helpful.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
