What the job includes:
-Helping clients, typically seniors or people with disabilities, live a rewarding daily life-Assisting clients with basic daily tasks, such as meal prep, bathing, toilet assistance, dressing, light housekeeping, errands and medication reminders-Being an engaging, interactive, positive companion that is attentive to the clients' needs and monitors them for safety or health riskWhat you need to be successful:
-At least 6 months experience helping others with personal hygiene, toilet assistance.
dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn-Compassion for people from all walks of life-Dependability and integrity-Physical ability to complete the demand the job (lift up to 30 lbs, stand for long periods, stoop, bend, kneel)-Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED-Must have a valid drivers license and OWN vehicle to get and from clients and proof of auto insurance-All employees undergo a background check and drug test.
