We're a family-owned, aluminum extrusion manufacturing company located in the heart of Summerville, South Carolina.
We extrude, fabricate, anodize and powder coat aluminum parts for customers in a variety of industries.
We've been in business for 70 years and are committed to taking care of our team members, our customers and our community! DUTIES:
The duties for this position include:
Operating our buffing and/or brushing machines to ensure the proper finish is achieved on extrusions.
Training will be provided.
Loading and racking aluminum extrusions; transporting carts in to and out of the department.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area; and following applicable safety guidelines.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be qualified for this position, a candidate:
Must have prior 6-months, or more, experience working in the manufacturing field.
Metals trades preferred, but not required.
Must be able to work Monday through Thursday from 5:
00 AM to 3:
30 PM and some Fridays from 5:
00 AM to 1:
00 PM.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you will performing manufacturing duties in the production area.
Must be able to perform the physical demands of the position, which include:
working in a warm environment, walking, standing, bending, twisting and lifting between 30 and 50 pounds throughout the day.
Must be able to successfully complete the required pre-employment background check and drug screen.
