Test hearing, select, fit and service hearing instruments
Service existing patients and establish new patients through personal prospecting, scheduling outreach presentations and growing their professional network
Maintain patient database

Resolve patient complaints or fitting issues
Maintain professional licensing, and professional skill sets by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
Keep management informed of progress by reporting activity and results through, daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses
