Legal Secretary - Summerville Resident & Types 75+ wpm
A Summerville Personal Injury Law Firm is in need of a Top Notch Legal Secretary that is a resident of Summerville.
MUST HAVE:
3 - 5 Years of Law Firm Experience;
MUST type at least 75 wpm to be able to keep up.
Experience answering phones;
Multi-task in a fast pace environment;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
MUST be humble and accept/enjoy being a legal secretary;
MUST be a good listener and personable with clients;
MUST know SC court system (especially Dorchester, Charleston, Berkeley Counties)
DAY TO DAY
Responsibilities:
Assist Paralegals
Type and prepare legal documents
Answer phones on the FIRST ring not wait for someone else to pick it up (It's your job)
Assist attorney
Responsible for mail & supplies
Responsible for day to day function of law firm
Personal Injury experience is desired

Pay is $35,000.00 annually with no benefits.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
